We offer regular ($10.99) and expedited ($15.99) shipping on all orders.
Ordinary transportation service time limit: 12-18 working days, the specific logistics policy of each country shall prevail.

Orders will ship within 2 to 4 business days* of purchase. Please note that our warehouse is closed on holiday weekends and we are unable to deliver packages on these days.
Order cut-off time is 10:00 AM HKT, so any order placed after 10:00 AM HKT will be considered a next business day order. (Example: If an order is placed on Monday at 1:00 PM HKT time, it will be considered as a Tuesday order)
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be considered next business day orders. (Example: If an order is placed on Saturday, it will be considered a Monday order)

Why am I being asked to pay additional charges for my international shipment?
Please be aware that when purchasing any item online, some or all of these items may not originate in your country. Felt flimsy. It's very cute but it did not AT ALL fit my phone. I have the IPhone 15plus and the case I ordered was too big. I don't know anyone else with the same phone I have so I threw it in the trash. Wasn't going to waste my time sending it back having to go miles out of my way to return it to get my money back.
I get a lot of compliments but it gets dirty fast ð still really cute and it's quite big for my hand but I'm still happy with it!

So for this case to function properly it needs to be more rubber. I have another that's hello kitty and it's rubbery so it's easy to push the unlock button on your phone when on etc. This one is so hard like almost hard plastic that you can't press any buttons on the side of your phone when the case is on. I can't click to unlock my screen or press the volume buttons up or down. So it's unusable. Ive tried putting it on multiple times and clicking any of the buttons & nothing. I'm super disappointed because it looks so cute but keep in mind that you can't use any buttons on sides of phone when case is on.

My phone popped out and my camera protector cracked. After one literal drop it's maybe a case you just have to switch to when you want your case to look cute in pictures :)

I ordered another Hello Kitty silicone case similar to this from another seller and let me tell you this case is so sturdy and makes my phone feel so secure! The other case I've dropped my phone with it on once, thankfully not from that far of a distance on the house floor and my phone actually popped out of the case. The other cases sides are so flimsy I actually have to keep pulling them back over the edge of my phone while holding it.This case is great so far and all my buttons work/function with it on.
